Split stay and ticket

I am booked at CBR for April 5 nights, 5 day hopper pkg. I realized I have points and can stay at Swan a few days for free so I am considering CBR 3 nights and Swan 3. Can I keep ticket on the Disney package and use during my stay at the Swan? If not, what is the best way to accomplish this?
