Splash Mountain in the Winter?!?!

DH and I were the CRAAAZZZYY couple on Splash a few weeks ago in the freezing cold with our winter coats on. AHHH, memories!!!

YEs, it was cold. Yes, we got wet. (we were alone in our log-no others crazies wanting to go on)

But we had fun and we laughed so hard when we got off.

We got SOAKED with ponchos in November. It was the shot of water just as the ride begins. I hope they do have that off now. It totally nailed us so that the ponchos couldn't even save us!

We rode it on 12-9 and unfortunately I got soaked. Our boat was full!!!! I was in the front row by myself followed by our two adult sons in the 2nd row and both the 3rd and 4th rows also had 2 adults in each. UGHHHHH for me. I walked off drenched and my adult sons loved every minute of Mom getting wet!!!!!!! It was a sunny but cold day and I was thankful the park was closing for a MVMCP at 7:00. My jeans eventually dried but my top layer never did. Don't assume you won't get wet. Hahaha.
