I always wear my contacts in the parks & on the water rides and have never had a problem. But then again I wear them in the pool too without issue even though you're not really supposed to
You should be fine since you are not submerged under water on the rides. It all depends on how comfortable you are with your contacts. Are you a new wearer?
I have been using contacts for 34 years so I am very used to them. They are not throw aways & I am very careful about cleaning them & storing them properly.
You could test it out by showering with them in once before you go to see if it iritates your eyes if you get some water in them.
Of course, always listen to your own doctor's instructions & your own comfort level and do what's right for you.
I don't wear contacts, but my daughter does and she has worn them on the rides and things have been fine. She will wear them in the water too. If she doesn't wear them, she cant' see anything.
I have always worn them on rides. As well as in the shower and other water. My eye doctor has never had an issue with it but I do wear dailies and take an extra pair with me anywhere I go.
I always wear contact lenses on Splash Mountain with no problems. It's no different from wearing them in the rain. So long as you don't open your eyes while underwater, you should be fine.
