Is this considered 2 table credits? Also, how do I make a ressie without having to pay in advance if I have a package booked with the DDP?

Yes, it is a 2 credit meal. You should make the ADR over the phone and have your resort reservation added to your ADR. They will still take your credit card number, but it will not be charged unless you don't show up or don't cancel. You can just use your DDP then once you arrive. Enjoy!
