Do you listen to holiday music frequently? Either radio, Sirius, streaming, downloaded to your phone or other device, or even CDs and records?

I usually don’t want to listen until about now, a week before Christmas. I have a few CDs, and I’m sure I can find a few channels on Sirius, ranging from religious carols to easy listening to rock.

One of my favorites is Christmas Wrapping by The Waitresses.

(Not an actual video from the band. Looks like a compilation of clips put together by a fan.)

Cher’s version of O Holy Night is actuall pretty good too.

I listen when I am in the mood. Sometimes it’s December, sometimes it’s July. I don’t listen to music much, except in the car, so no one else has to hear Christmas music in the summer.

Same as you, but we have more than a few. We rotate them when we put them away and take out the next batch the next year.

Only listen to Christmas music during December, usually driving around and when wrapping presents. My kids favorite “song” is Cheech and Chong’s ‘Santa Claus and his Old Lady.’ If we’re not listening to that on the way to get the tree and The Kinks ‘Father Christmas’ on the way back well, it’s not Christmas.

This is my current playlist. Not nearly half of what I have. Just about anything you can think of except that infernal Mariah Carey crap.

Listen to Christmas music while baking cookies. Usually pretty loud too since the mixer is loud. The family definitely knows when I’m baking.

Also in the car but sometimes you get crappy songs and my husband will turn it off.

I love Christmas music!

I switch to the Christmas station from the country station in my car sometime around Thanksgiving.

I do still have quite a few CD's for home but have been using them less this year, as I now have Spotify and have made a playlist of my favorite Christmas songs.

ETA - I use the Music Choice Christmas station on the TV as background a lot too.

I’ve updating my Christmas playlists for work for the past couple weeks. Looking for new songs to add, etc. I added some to a regular playlist and we started to listen to that this week. Next week will be Winter/Christmas on Tuesday and then Christmas only on Wednesday & Thursday, with a lot of funny, nontraditional songs.

I start listening to Christmas music the day after Thanksgiving & have a Spotify Christmas playlist.

We also listen to a SiriusXM channel that plays all Christmas songs.

It is played in the house throughout the day if we are not watching TV on the satellite Christmas Channel. I will sometimes listen to it on Spotify if up in my room. The Christmas music station is also on in the car. We have also burned some our CDs so we have a playlist.

This coming week I will- if the mood strikes me. I listen to iHeart radio through my wireless earbuds here on the computer. The site has lots of Christmas stations to listen to and tons of other genres as well. When I'm doing other things on the computer or in my room it's great background noise.

At home, I love my Christmas CD’s.
In car, Sirius. HATE that our car doesn’t have CD player.
Upstairs in his Man Cave, DH finds winners to listen to on You Tube.

We listen to Christmas music when we bake and wrap gifts or when Mom comes down for her afternoon glass of wine.

DH is making more nuts and bolts so we will listen to Christmas music this evening. :santa:
