I just saw this on Food & Wine's site:

They say Disneyland- but is it available at WDW also? Or something like it?

Not the same thing exactly, but Wine Bar George at Disney Springs has a few wine/champagne based drinks with various ice cream/Dole Whip additions. You can also find "hard" floats in a few places.
