Yes, it does. I was born after it happened so my knowledge is limited to documentries. Have there been any other US films made about the subject?

Don't know about other movies, but HBO did a very good documentary about it in 2002 that opened up more of the story than I had seen elsewhere.

Very sad...

I remember watching it unfold on the news back in 1972, it was very sad indeed.
