Spice Road Table, small plates, DDP?

We have booked a lunch at Spice Road Table and I notice they have much more small plates than entrees. My question is can you do 2 small plates for one entree or do they count the small plates as an app? Also since there is no kids menu can they order off the regular menu? Thanks!!!

The small plates are considered appetizers and not included on the DDP. I thought they did have a children's menu. But if not, yes the child could order off of the adult menu.

Thank you! The disneyworld.com site didn't show one. I do wish Disney had more eclectic kids menus but it could always be worse!
