Spectro Direction Question

DOES SPECTRO START ON MAIN STREET AND HEAD TO FRONTIERLAND OR VICE VERSA?

I also wondered if it is the same each time.

We saw it start on Main St. in October.

Spectro starts at Main Street and goes toward Frontier Land. The afternoon parade starts at Frontier Land and goes to Main Street.

That is correct. However, if there are two Spectros the second one will reverse the route.

Can anyone confirm if this is correct now? We saw SpectroMagic last year and the second showing proceeded from Main St. to Frontierland.

we just saw the Spectro Parade in the fall. It goes from Main Street to Frontier Land. This helps with the mass exit after the parade. We watched from frontier land, took oiur time walking out, MK was beautiful., with all the lights and few people. You can really enjoy the castle changing colors and the relaxing walk out.:

Anytime I have seen the second run of Spectro, it ran Main Street to Frontierland, just like the first run. I've seen the MVMCP change directions on the second run (first - Frontierland to Main Street, second - Main Street to Frontierland).

Correct. If there are two Spectros, they both run the same direction.

The only time Spectro runs down MS is when it is being filmed for a commercial or promotional video.

That is correct. Spectro ALWAYS starts on Main Street regardless of how many parades are being run that night. If there are 2 parades they BOTH start at Main Street and end in Frontierland... The only time you will see Spectro start in Frontierland is if it is being filmed and they want the castle in the background...

Was just there and saw it! Make sure you find out the day you arrive when it will be...there was only one time it would perform when we were there...had we not found out in the beginning, we would have missed it! It started on Main Street, we sat right underneath the railroad station and had a great view!
