Specto and Wishes flip flopping?

Tour Guide Mike posted on Facebook last night that beginning February 5th or 6th, Wishes will be first, followed by the Spectro Magic Parade. What is the reasoning behind that?? Any ideas?

That seems kind of strange? Everyone will be lined up for Spectro, so they wouldn't be able to see Wishes bunched up by the hub or from Main Street (maybe that's why they did it?)
