Specifics about the FP+ reservation process - please help!

I've read pretty much every thread about making FP+ reservations, even some with screenshots, but I'm still a bit in the dark as to what I'm going up against here.

I have an overall group of 9, split into 3 different reservations. I have all 9 linked into my account as friends and such with full permissions so I can add them all as necessary.

I've gameplanned all of my prefered FP+ times for the various days and attractions. So my big question is: if I jump right in on my 60 day window (which is next week for an early October trip), am I going to have trouble getting the same FP+ times for all members of my party? Or am I going to have to juggle by 5 minutes to wedge everyone in? Or am I totally screwed with that many people?

Also, do I pick an attraction, day, and time and then can add each person like with a dining reservation...or do I have to do it the opposite way: pick a person individually, then the attraction, date/time?
 
From what I've read, it may be difficult for 9 people, but being that you're starting at 60 days out, it may not be as bad as I've heard from others.

You pick the attraction first, then the people taking that one. I recommend to get the 3 hardest to get attractions for each of your trip. Then go back and split off anybody to different attractions (if needed), then adjust times. And keep adjusting times until you leave LOL.
