Specialty Magic Band says invalid number? help

we leave in 11 days for our Disney trip... In may I had a friend that was at Flower & Garden Fest buy 2 magic bands for me (the F&G Frozen band). so I tried to link them to my account and both of them are telling me it is an invalid number? anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?
 
Is it possible your friend didn't tell them she wanted "link it later" and they are linked to her account?
 

I had ordered three bands on-line, and only two of them worked. When I called, I was told that the last one does not show it was ever activated. It sounds like they did not handle the transaction right at the time of purchase. They told me the only way to activate it would be to bring to a location that sells the bands with the receipt.

well luckily I have receipt ... I'm just gonna wait and take them with me next week and see if they can figure it out :)
