Special 9/1/08 Cruise Continued

Just to be safe ---- here is one more post before I attempt to PM Peter (again) Has anyone come forward to link early dining? What exactly does this entail? Reading the DIS roster for this special cruise----there appear to be a number of early eaters but most seem to be in groups already---what is a group of 2 to do when we haven't "met" anyone yet? Just curious.

Go with the assigned seating that DCL will provide!

Or if someone does do the linked early dining go with that atleast you you have disney crazy people at your table...

Trying to get to 10 posts so I can reply to the PM.

We have our parkhopper passes for the 2 days before the cruise. We got the super duper never expire with fun passes so we can go to the water parks and everything.

I'm thinking of getting a Pal Micky on Ebay. Does anyone have one? Are they worth it?

I offered to do the early dining linking in July - I'm going on the 6/29 Mexican Riviera Cruse w/13 yo DGS. Tracy (winotracy) will give me pointers & I'll have time once I get back!!

My DD is running around playing with Disney stickers. (or as she calls them Mouse.) I have a couple on my arm and several on her feet.

We need to find her a Micky mouse hat for a toddler. I don't think its right for her to run around on DCL with Elmo.

Bummer missed the concert, came home form work and got in a three mile run, did some work on the basement, had to write some reports for work and got a call from Cindy and Kevin. Sounds like they will be at WDW when we return from this cruise.

WIll put some thought in a WDW event for after this cruise.

Ok. So, now I've made up my FE gifts (and I have the leis ready to go too) I have a question to ask---do you all like regular milk chocolate or dark chocolate? I believe I have to carry on the chocolate----I think I read somewhere that we should not put food in our checked luggage---right?

I VOTE FOR DARK CHOCOLATE.... more magnesium thus it is healthy for you....

The document is pretty specific. In fact, my doc put on mine "17 weeks 6/7 days" or something that specific when we sailed in Dec 2006. However, one thing to always keep in mind is that due dates can change...perhaps your doctor may think you may be a week off, maybe a week later than he thought?!?! The cut off is 24 weeks, right? I hope it works out for you, regardless.

By the way, a HUGE congratulations!!!! You can ALWAYS take a Disney cruise, those little perfect babies don't come around everyday.....

Don't worry, DW is an L&D Nurse. I think the main reason is that if something unexpected happens they have no way to deal with it. We have had this conversations ourselves. But we are not there yet.

I understand the reason for a cut off. It's just that the previous rule stated that you could sail before the third trimester. So, wish it still applied. I'll see what my doctor says. I wouldn't even mind switching the date, except for the fact our entire family is going on this trip. (which I planned)

We leave for vacation to Hilton Head Sunday for 10 nights, and I am in the midst of a major remodel to one of our stores--it was supposed to have already been done. I sure wish I had more time to post with you all. Have a great Tuesday

Wow..the cruise is getting closer for everyone!! Last night we changed our vacation plans for the 100th time. So much we want to do / so little vacation !! We cancelled the cruise.We realized we havent been to Disney in a while - and we missed it! So we are booked at the POFQ from Aug 30 (arrive late late) till Sept 5 with free dining.Then hit the beach at St Petes for a few days .We would love to see everyone again if you guys meet before the cruise at the Park. Have a Grand Bon Voyage all...sharon jm

Hi Everyone Old + New!

We got back from a QUICK, but fun trip to WDW (Friday - Sunday) We even got to see 2 sets of Table 12 mateys from the PC days! Arrrrrg! We also got to do Star Wars Weekend at MGM, HOT, but fun! Dining wise... we hit Earl's (simply the BEST ), Sci-Fi and another favorite... Boma's for dinner. YUM and STUFFED.

Toy Story is the BEST ride, but LONG lines.

Mouse Beach is finally shaping up. Finally got the PC menus up in our stairwell and the Sleeping Beauty tapestry up in the bedroom. The place is starting to feel like home.

We came home to a HEAT WAVE in New Jersey. It was hotter here than it was in Florida!
