I have a 1/2 day at work today. Then home to finish with things around the house . We leave Saturday AM at 7:30.

Today I am off to Niagara Falls for a meet with Masayo. Those of you that listen to WDWToday now her, those that don't, you may know her from Mousefest. Either way she and the rest of the Tagrel people that are coming are going to have a blast. I must go paint my face, and be sure I have the goodie bags all ready as I was in charge of the organizing of everything today. Look out Falls, 10 crazy Disney people are coming...lolol....

We're still here but we leave TONIGHT!! We are all so excited- couldn't get much sleep. We spend 2 nights at the Yacht Club and then 1 night at the Radisson at the port....and then we all know what happens after that!

Got a question for all you experienced cruisers.... don't know if you guys saw that there is a rotten little storm in the Atlantic that was supposed to go to Bermuda but is now heading right at another group of islands that starts with a B (that I am not saying out loud- I am not admitting it!) next week. Where will they take us if they have to go somewhere else? Do they dock somewhere or just kinda meander around? Where COULD we go? This is our first cruise so I am completely clueless!

Also, how far in advance would you know if you are not docking at your regular place. I have a reservation at Comfort Suites that I would need to try and cancel. Don't wanna think about any of this, but unfortunately might have to!!

Good Morning, Everyone!

We left home on Tuesday morning. It was 46 degrees in NY state! Brrrr. Got as far as Strasburg, VA, where we stayed at the Ramada, and dined at the Mexican rest. right in the hotel - very good.

Yesterday was not a fun day! We ran into Fay as we drove south on 81. It was nasty. Saw two major accidents on 81 and a semi rollover on 77. I can tell you we were really REALLY happy to get to the hotel in Charlotte, last night.

Today is a new day. Hope everyone has a great one!

We have until Monday to cancel the Comfort Suites without penalty. We will probably make our call on Sunday while in Orlando in front of the weather channel. I have no idea on where they will take us but what an adventure we could have!!

Bought a new computer last night but couldn't get it networked. Laxdad comes home tonite so I will leave that up to him! Hopefully I will be back up and running tomorrow. By then, I may be the only one posting! Nah, I will be running around like a chidken with my head cut off.....

If I don't get a chance....See you all on Monday! Safe travels to all!

I've got a question for the GSF if anyone is still left to answer.
How do you get the grass skirts into your carry-on luggage? Looks like the only way to get them in there is to fold them in half or in thirds lengthwise. If I do that I'm afraid the GS might break, or if it doesn't break that instead of laying flat, the grass strips will be poking out every which way. Am I making any kind of sense at all?

They are wrinkle free, so fold away, shake out , put on and then shake out again.

A Big Happy B Day for TRACY, You are growing older but not up.

I should add at our shop we process mostly windows machines, and use bootcamp and parallels. I also just got a new laptop, went with the ASUS nice and small for travel, tethered to my cell gives me internet access when needed. At work we also use a device called a cradlepoint, with it we can set up a wireless point just about anywhere.

Enough computer talk I am on vacation,

will make Breakfast Burittos this morn, Kona coffee is on and Lynn is sleeping.

Pups will head to puppy camp,

Our two bags are under 40 pounds,

Lynn said she packed my Bubba mug, she will have her Cove Cafe mug.

I have about 100 GSF cards printed.

Back at work this morning. Why do things happen JUST BEFORE vacation? I wanted to take some more time today... but, just can't.
