This is Cheeto.

He is Belle's new playmate. He is 6 weeks old.

Congrats on the new addition to the family.

We went snowboarding this weekend. I found I can no longer hold up my 10 yr old when he falls, lol.

And pretty much ice skated to work this morning...

Yes, sorta.
First off, I got his age wrong. He is 6 months old. Had a senior moment when I posted that.

Secondly, Cheeto was found abandoned out in a field not far from us. So we are certain that he has developed "street smarts".
He is not afraid of Belle.

Third.....Belle is a very loving, passive dog. She is more curious and a bit jealous. She tends to follow Cheeto around during his time out of the box.

Finally, not only did we want him, we felt that Belle needed a playmate.

So, since today is Belle's birthday, we got him as a birthday present.

Congrats on your new kitty. He's adorable! We have two the same age. We adopted them in July. Our cat of 19 years passed away last May and we really wanted kittens. We found them on Craigslist. They are a blast! The love the village and our tree, like Cheeto. They join our brood (Pomeranian, turtles, African Clawed water frog, 2 bettas and hermit crab).

We're back. We had quite the challenge getting home on Tuesday (for that matter, we had a challenge getting to FL too). I wanted to share a few pictures with you. The first is my main Christmas tree.
