No speculation there yet but I am dying to know. My DH's company gets discounts on Princess but we haven't used it. We thought Alaska would be the one we would do with them but if DCL goes......

While on the First Med Cruise, We had a Chance to chat with the Big Cheese of DCL.

After asking him, and telling him!
We wanted Alaska. He shrugged! and said the standard speal!


Also during this conversation, He did Mention that He Just returned From Hong Kong!

We all went what is he in HK for?


The Rumor as of now is pretty well Based!

Been very busy at work getting caught up here. Lynn is trying to keep me informed. Hey we will be at WDW in almost a week KEWL!!!! I might be headed to Reno for work after vacation.

I would like Alaska, a person I worked with at Grand Teton is heading to AK as the Superintendent of Glacier Bay NP.

Awaiting the wedding pics, I bet it was great.

Place: The red Telephone booth at Great Britain, (not inside, because I don’t think we would all fit, but it would make a good college prank thingie, wait it has already been done, never mind)
What’s Up: A gastronomic dining walk around World Showcase sampling the fare of the different kiosks which represent the finest from the various boards of fare from their homelands.

Credit cards or your key to the world card works well to pay with. (it worked in the past)

We will be doing Food + Wine on the 27th for lunch, then we'll rest up a bit before going over to TOT walk. Hope we can see some of the gang there.

Seems the bottom of the ocean floor is very much like baby poop!
hence when you try to backfill a trench dug on the ocean floor, at a depth of about 300'
it scatters! instead of covering the trench over!
now what do you do, cant have exposed Gas line pipe!
Sand Bags is a Very good Guess!
Yes 30,000 of them (think it will take more!) lowered to the ocean floor, and stacked by the divers up and over the pipe level.
might take some time! lets not forget they are use to working in the Gulf of Mexico!
Not in the temps of the region here, then they will place stone mats over those!
imagine a mat of 100 cinder blocks attached together like,tile come!
Lower and then placed! for protection from damage...

It not Criminal Justice but it is fun!

Well....we're finally home......after a very exhausting 2 days of driving and an almost 2 hour wait to cross the border!!!!!

We had so much fun at WDW.....even though it was SOOOOOOOO hot...the "revamped" Haunted Mansion is KEWL......and the rededication ceremony at Epcot was a blast. The line for the LE pins reminded me of the Panama Canal cruise!!!!! We had fun meeting up with our Table 9 table mates from the Panama Canal cruise....I'm trying to talk them into joining us next September!!!!!

We had the best time at breakfast at the Swan with Bob & Cheryl, Janis & Ron and of course my "sis" Leslie.....it was great getting caught back up with everyone. Thanks again Cheryl & Bob.....you guys are the best

Janis & Ron......thanks for joining us at breakfast.....it was the highlight of our trip!!!! thanks for posting our group picture.

Mom & I got to meet Sharon (twinmom108) and her son on Tuesday at the MK.....Hi Sharon I had fun "dreamin" up all the stories of my fellow cruisers to tell Sharon!!!!!

Bob & Lee.....CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!! We wish we could have been there on Tuesday...but we did have a cheeseburger in paradise along with a margarita in your honour!!!!!

Georgie......glad to hear that your Mom is doing well.....we missed you and Joe at DW but understand.....Leslie & Joe took us to MB and I wish you could ahve heard our "ohhhhhs" and "ahhhhhhs"....your place looks great!!!!!

Tracy.....hope you were able to have a relaxing cruise despite the few setbacks you encountered.....I hope the suitcase Bill forgot was his and not yours. Wish we could have met up when you were in WDW.

Peter....thanks for the info about Josh.....today we managed to FINALLY find a copy of Josh's "Noel" CD/DVD that was only being sold at Target (in Bridgeport WV).....who would have thought that all the Orlando stores would be sold out on the first morning!!!!!
