But what can you tell me from your personal experience>? We have three boys six to ten who love this stuff and we have never done this.

We are from Canada and do NOT have a huge space program....lots of space but not out of this world...LOL!

Highly recommend the trip if you're in the Orlando area - it's only about an hour's drive. I don't remember the tickets being that expensive - included the bus tour as well as a choice of IMAX movies. The tour is pretty much at your own pace - you can spend as much or as little time as you like at each stop. We saw the shuttle on the launching pad, work on the international space station components, and great exhibits from the Apollo program! Your boys will love it!

A definate must do if you are in the area. You simply have to take a bus tour to get the most out of your experience but allow plenty of time for this aspect of your trip.

A day out that will be educational and informative for everyone.

Well worth the time.Don't miss it. They just recently reopened the Astronaut Hall of Fame there with lots of neat and historic exhibits. One of the last surviving Saturn V Rockets is in its own building laying on it's side with the authentic launch control room with actual recordings of a launch. Hard to believe it was built with a slide rule. Imho that exhibit alone is worth the price of admission.

I have to agree with the others!! I have personally been there 5 times and enjoyed it each and everytime!!! Your boys will find tons to do and learn!! The IMAX movies are really neat and the tour is great!!

Does anyone have any idea of the cost? We have never been there & would like to go on our next trip. Just wondering how much I should budget for it.
