I've wondered about this, too. And I think that bringing a few other places online, etc - they're just doing things sort of piecemeal.

They might do a soft open with no ADRs, but they will have already had ADRs and the menu published.

I thought it will open up the day after Labor Day. I was wrong of course. Now I’m thinking there will be none at first that is. Why it gets locals to epcot. Let’s see if we can get in at space 220. Nope we can’t get in well while we are here and hungry let’s eat at ———-. Than they go again nope can’t get in once again we are hungry let’s go eat at - —-. Keep trying to they can finally get in. Average amount of time it took 2.8 tries or whatever it may be. All along Disney is filling up their restaurants.
