Space Mountain?

If my longest wait is 20 minutes for Peter Pan at 11:00AM, then, yeah, the park is "not crowded" in my opinion. YMMV.

Last year, the Haunted Mansion Holiday officially opened on Friday, September 21.

i'm slow. what is YMMV?

Thanks for the heads up on the Matterhorn. We are okay with hot as it is still hot in Orlando in Sept. but the crowds are lighter, relatively speaking. Is there is low crowd season for DL?

My DH and I were in DLR the week after Labor Day in Sept. 07. It was about the most perfect time there. The weather was a little hot. (i'm from Utah, so it wasn't that different) I just wore a visor and sunglasses. But the best part about it was the crowds. THERE WERE NONE. We walked on to every ride. At SM we walked through and right on to the ride. No waiting. We could have waited a few minutes if we wanted to specify seating. But we didn't care. We walked on to POTC. After we had my 40th B-day dinner at Blue Bayou, sitting by the water. It was really fun to see the diners and find where we were sitting. I would go again in Sept. in a heart beat. Really the only ride we waited for was ToT in DCA. That was about 20 minutes because they didn't have all the elevators going. We are hoping it will be the same way in March when we go.

Thanks for the information so you would recommend we do DL/CA/KBF on the second week and San Diego on the first week?

Do SD last.
Even though the soft opening starts late September, they gradually add many of the final features so you may experience an incomplete experience the earlier you go. This is not always the case as HM Holiday's rollout is different every year. Granted if you've never seen it you won't notice what's missing.

I'll chime in about September :)

We were there this past September 19-21, wed, thur, fri.
It was WONDERFUL!!! Not too hot, not very crowded at ALL until Friday.

I would HIGHLY recommend September!

September is usually great (unless it's hot and windy) and most attractions are still open even though the hours are shortened.

It's nice to meet Canada's Famous Graham. I am the US version and have been for some time now. I'm usually referred to as "infamous" though since I like to think of myself as more than famous.

:lmao: :rotfl2: :rotfl:

Very pleased to meet you!!!

You know, I NEVER thought of it that way until you mentioned it!!??!!

Yep, I've been a Graham for 11.5 years now :)

My famo, to me, means family "o" Graham...

But, hey..I like your idea too!!

You totally made me laugh my butt off!

Famous....or infamous....I like both....but I'm definitely neither!!

Linda

famograham...is graham your last name then?

quest's first name is graham.

graham is one of my favorite names actually. although i know someone who spells it "gram" and that is weird.

'Tis a good name! Yep, it's my last name.

I know what you mean about the Gram thing...it's a pet peeve of mine when people pronounce it that way :)
But the WORST is when telemarketers call and ask for Mrs. GRA-HAM....pretty funny.

:rotfl: Now THIS is what I call off topic! :rotfl:
But great fun none the less, and a tad bit friendlier!
