The area where it is located has several very nice shops and places to eat.

There is a spa that the resort recommended to me years ago and for the life of me I can't remember it. I just looked online and I believe it was www.european-spa.com It is close to the resort and also in one of the Marriott resorts. It was awesome and can't wait to go back. Had the spa pedicure.
