Does anyone know if there is a site or thread that lists the prices of spa treatments?

Yes. You can find all of that on disneycruise.com. It should be somewhere under: Fun Onboard>Adult

Just beware that those prices on the disney cruise web site are not updated. The spa taster says that it is $89, but I just paid 109 for it.
