Its only day 2 on the maiden voyage and the spa team is a disaster. Front desk is taking forever and is disorganized. I had a cruise on the Wonder in May and i had my survey to fill out the day before. That was a faster processs then waiting in line and then returning the form. Not enough seats to fill out a form as well.
They only had 1 line and it was ridiculous on how they only had 2 people manning the desk. Literally they should be organized and have a faster line for checking in appointments or rainforest passes. The other line should be for guests checking availability on spa services.
BEWARE if you request a certain person for your massage service. They might pull a fast one on you and do a switch and bait person. Lauren the manager of the spa services totally unhelpful and not even sympathetic. The only way to resolve the problem that they CREATED was to book a new appointment and time. Such an inconvenience to the guest. Of course they had appointments between 7 and 8 but thats not ideal. Right after dinner and then u missed the shows. Im not sacrificing my plans on their mistake when i had the whole day plan.
I scouted the website periodically and spa services were always available between 7 to 8 pm. So they were not doing me any favors and I let them know that. They should have honored my appointment and kept the person i requested. They said Lauren has been a manager for years and I don't believe that.
