Spa/Massage price increases and already paid REAS?

We have the couples massage booked for the REAS when we sail on the May 29th eastern. Surely they won't try to ask to pay the difference? Since this is a separate company, and not Disney, I wasn't sure. I might have to call DCL tomorrow, but sometimes even the CM's don't know the answers to 'not asked very often' questions.
