Souvenir Question

I have NO idea where to ask this so sorry if it is the wrong place! My best friend and her daughter just got back from WDW. It was her daughter's first trip (she is 5). Her daughter was disappointed because she really wanted to get a little charm bracelet and never did. I was going to buy her one from the Shop Parks app and surprise her for her birthday. I thought the "Attractions Charm Bracelet" was adorable. It says it is plastic. Does anyone have this bracelet?? Does it mean the actual bracelet is metal and the charms are plastic? I tried calling merchandising and I got nowhere?

I am guessing she was looking at assorted charms for $4.95. They have a clasp at the top for taking them on and off. Those are metal. I didn't see the attraction bracelet when we were there last year. It sure looks similar, but it says plastic and the others say metal. So I don't know.
