Souvenir Bricks

Hello,

I was wondering if I could get a bit more information from anyone who has purchased a disneyland brick.

To celebrate my wedding, both mine and my fiance's family are going to Disneyland at the end of August. I was thinking of buying a few bricks as a present for mine and my fiance's parents to say thank you.

I just spoke with Disney and the next install of bricks is scheduled for Beginning to Mid-August.

Does anyone know how accurate the install dates are, as well as how long it takes for the bricks to be installed? I am wondering whether or not our bricks would be installed by the time we get to Disneyland.

Hi Jax,

I believe it depends on the number of bricks to be installed. Disney will give you an estimate on when the brick is to be installed, but it is not a guarantee. If they don't get enough bricks for whatever quota they need, they'll wait.

This is just what I heard.

I'm not too sure how accurate they are either. I purchased two bricks last year that were to be installed mid July. I was down in LA for business the end of August so one evening I went to DLR and our bricks were there. I had to go try space mountain since it had been closed for two years.

I purchased one for my family the first of december and it isn't going down until mid May.

I suggest you order ASAP in hopes of having it by August. The phone number is (800) 760-3566 and the cost was $150 + $30 (optional) or so for a plexi-glass replica they will mail to you.

When I called, it was ALWAYS busy, I don't think it's a 24 hour number so try early and often if you don't get through...good luck.

I have orderd all of my bricks and they are suppose to be installed beginning to mid August.

Thanks for posting the phone number, caimakale, for ordering the pavers. We have one that we ordered when they were first offered some years ago. At that time you had the option of purchasing them in person or on a website. At that time you could select the text and whether you wanted a copy of the paver in either wood or plexiglass.

We are considering ordering a second paver to get the 50th Anniversary design. Does anyone know whether they are available through the web or only over the phone? I haven't seen the on-site ordering carts they had in the past.

I just saw on the web that they're having a special where Disney Visa members get 20% off. Premium AP holders get 10% off. You can download the order form & mail, fax, email, or call it in. It doesn't say anything about ordering online.
