Souveniers that are worth the $$??

One of my most favorite things I bought was a crystal Mickey head ornament at Arribas Brothers on Main Street. The middle of Mickey has the Castle etched in it and says Walt Disney World, then on each ear I had the name of my nieces engraved (one on each ear) and the year. It was only $19 and it is SO pretty. I love it. It's a very special reminder of our trip.

We have taken 20 vacations as a family to WDW and the best souvie we have found is the ceramic coffee mug. We use our coffee mugs every single day. We try to buy really cool ones with scenes on them that remind us of our vacations. T-shirts shrink and get holes, pressed pennies get tucked away in their books (have lots of those) and so do the trading pins. But the mugs get used every single day and we really do take the time to look at them and remember...

When I was there last month I bought
- a nice watch, it is stainless and has mickey's head as part of the links. It has a blue face and was $55, people comment on it all the time.
- a stitch visor hat to wear in the parks - $14?
- a stitch pin bought at the outlet where you can change out his face depending on your mood - $5
- a stitch musical snowglobe, the smaller size for $20 or $25, can't remember
- a sushi plate from Japan, I use it as a spoon rest, it was in the $3 range

I think I did well, I took $300 to spend but got out of there for $100

We love our photos and albums. Pins. T-shirts. Aprons, kitchen mitts, spoon rest and some other stuff that we use. DD2 uses the popcorn buckets for some of her toys. We ususally get a nice print while we are there.
