Southwest Visa Refer a Friend offer?

Does anyone know if there is currently a promo that gives extra points for referring a friend? Or if that promo is usually available anytime soon? My SIL would like to get the card and I'd like a bonus for the referral!

I use a computer. It usually pops up for me at log in or it is on the main acct page where all of our accounts are listed.
I am sure if you call them they can send u a link or something.
