If the space where there rate goes says unavailable, I am assuming the seats at that price for that flight are all booked. Do they ever make more seats available?

You assume correctly.

Depending on how demand for the flight goes, you may or may not see any fare discounting that would show up in the Wanna Get Away or Web Special columns. If your airport has other options for flights to MCO and/or you are traveling at an off-peak time, your chances are better that some sales may be announced. We generally travel at peak times (holidays, summer, etc.) and SWA is the only non-stop option from STL, so we usually see the best prices on the day the schedule opens.

Sometimes lower priced flights show up, but my guess is it is from folks cancelling their reservations.
