southwest ticket change?

Hi all,
My oldest will be traveling with us for part of our trip. We have her booked out of MCO late afternoon. If we get to the airport earlier will it be possible for her to change to an earlier flight?

Southwest policy is surrently to charge you the difference in fare for same-day standby. So, she may be able to get on the earlier flight, if space is available, but you will pay essentially full fare for it.
