Southwest Ticket Change?

Since the "New" Southwest was introduced, have rules regarding ticketing changed? I need to buy ten tickets to send a group of employees to a conference, but some of the people might change. If that happens, can I still change the name on the ticket and keep the same fare?

Fares are really low right now, so I'd like to grab the tickets this morning, but one or two of the ten tickets I'm buying might end up going to other people.

You want to change names but keep the original fares? I think you have to book directly through group sales. I'm not sure if some of the web rates qualify. Book the reservations on the web you can cancel, get a full credit and then use the credit to book a new reservation, for a new passengerat the best currently available fare.
