If I bought EBCI on SW then I only need to go to their website to print boarding passes because they automatically check you in. Correct?

Since you did EBCI you can go to go the website to get your boarding pass but you don't have to. When you check your bags at the airport, either with the SkyCap or at the Ticket Counter, you can print your Boarding Pass then. With EBCI the Boarding Pass number will be the same no matter when you print the Boarding Pass.
