You are totally correct.welovedisneyx4 said:Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think you can check in on line if your kids have a childrens fare ticket. If you have kids and got them a regular ticket, you are fine w/ checking in on-line. Does anyone know if that is correct?

a pre boarder would be anyone who can convince the gate agent that they need a "blue sleeve" ( over and above the obvious pre boarders such as persons in wheelchairs/crutches or persons with small children under X age )
you can check in on line with small children, unless you have a special child fare (which you have to call for), but, if you have small children, why bother, you are going to preboard regardless of the letter.kimatigger said:I believe if you are traveling with small children you get to prebord. I also thought if traveling with small kids you could not checkin online as it would not be valid. Do you have to wait in line anyway?
I find the truth the best way to go. If you don't need to preboard, why lie?figgy4me said:Thanks, lawgs. This is all new to me. Has anyone been able to do this, and what kinds of excuses can we use?

Do I need to be worried? Do I need to wake up at midnight and check-in? That would stink b/c I'm out of it at by midnight EVERY night (ok, really about 9:30 or so!). I just don't understand the big fight about seats. I do understand if you have kids and need to sit with them, but otherwise what's the big deal? Everyone is going to the same place! Might be my first and last flight on SW, we'll see!
