Southwest Mobile App Boarding Passes

When I've checked my suitcase, the person there has always printed my boarding pass. So even though I have the app it has never been used for boarding passes.

Majority of the time they ask us if we want them printed so we'll decline as we use the mobile app now but we don't often go to the actual counter much anymore between Self-Check ins (which SWA seems to be installing them more and more at airports) at the counter area and Skycaps services.

We also bring with us a portable hand-held luggage scale so we can weigh it accurately ourselves (we've found it's accurate too whenever we've had to go or chosen to go to the counter).
