I can think of nothing bad to say about South West. I wrote them my disappointment in losing out on my free tickets, which I would have gotten after my last flight. The one the hurricane made them cancel. I told them that of course we would continue to fly them, but with everyone rescheduling, we were unable to reschedule in time to be under the wire of when some of our reward points would cancel. They extended our date and will give back our lost reward points. We'll now get the free tickets after we fly in December. I know of no other company who tries to please the public as much as this one.
