Southwest/Jet Blue April 2016 Fare Release?

Does anyone know when they will begin selling flights for late April 2016? Spring break is very late for us this year! April 23rd start!!

SW will release dates through 3/9 on June 30th, but Jet Blue is scheduled to open (I think) July 8th into May 2016. We're in the same situation looking for late March!

Just curious... how were you able to find out that info? I'm a relatively new JetBlue traveler and have been trying for the past month to find out about the release dates for April 2016 but have gotten nowhere with JetBlue.

Southwest's website, at the very bottom, click on flight schedule and it will show you when the next release date will be and how far the schedule will open up. That date can change by a couple days so I check the flight schedule every couple days to make sure I don't miss it. I'm waiting on the last week of March and first week of April to open also.

I use this link to get the SW release dates, its the old Travel Tools link that used to be easy to find, now, not so much.

I just saw that southwest will be releasing dates through June 2016 on October 27th.
we are going to WDW in May I so want to get my flight already lol

Does anybody know how southwest compares to JetBlue? I am looking to book April out of Boston and jet blue keeps getting higher and higher I am hoping when southwest opens they may start competing with each other and it will drive the price down. Am I dreaming???
