If we book our flights today, and the price ends up being lowered, will they credit the difference? Also, do they offer insurance? I can't seem to find anything on there about that. Thanks!
Nope, you will have to go through the process of canceling you exesting trip and applying that credit torads the new lower price flight.Whats left over will be credited. Be carefull, the credits expire,it did on me by one day!

You will only have to cancel your existing trip to rebook if you are booking a DING! fare. If there is a lower fare on their website, you just use Travel Tools and use Change Itinerary. The "ticketless travel funds" will need to be used within a year from the date you originally booked.
You will end up with a credit that can be applied to future travel. I am pretty sure they don't have any kind of insurance.
