Southwest for December ?????

I know I should know this .... but .... WHEN does Southwest Airlines
open up for bookings for December ???? I am awaiting anxiously.
Is it true that on the first day it opens for bookings that they offer good deals? I am already signed up for the offers, including "Ding".

From the SWA website:

Now accepting reservations through November 5, 2010.
On June 15, we will open our schedule for sale through January 7, 2011. This date is subject to change! Please check back frequently.

Believe the subject to change part, however, as they started out with a June 15 date, went to a June 10 date and now are back to June 15.
