We are planning a cruise in February. The flights are staying steady. I know I should book now but I keep hoping the price will decrease. Does anyone travel regularly this time of year and have any idea the time frame that southwest usually drops prices or has sales?? There are 5 of us so even a small drop in price makes a big difference. We are flying from Manchester, Nh if that helps.

Prices from MHT in the second half of February will not drop. Sorry. The last week is NH vacation week and the week before that is MA, ME and VT vacation week. Prices only drop on flights where they haven't sold a lot of seats and the lowest flight price hasn't started creeping up.

If you're travelling during the NH vacation week, would you consider flying out of PVD (Providence RI)? Flights are much cheaper from there at the moment for that week. The week before is more expensive but that last week is cheaper.

If you're looking at the first half of the month then I really don't have a guess as to when the prices might drop. Sorry.
