I see that they are open now, but WOW! We don't typically travel during Christmas time and the Wanna Get Away fares are already sold out and the Anytime fares are quite expensive.

Should I expect the fares to go down at all? Will they release more Wanna Get Away fares? I can't justify $3500 round trip from Las Vegas. That is as much as our package.

I was so excited to book this morning and was disappointed with the rates. As soon as they start having sale rates for those dates, I think they will go down. I see some for this month and next month from Chicago for half the price of the December flights and the summer flights were all higher earlier this year. I'm holding out until they go down a little and then I'll still watch the prices as I'll just get the points back if they go down. Good luck!

We are in the same boat, as DS might have a soccer tour. Christmas week at Disney, so I am looking, and was shocked this morning that there were no WGA fares at all on opening day and regular were really high. I am hopeful this will change, since last yr. we flew home from MCO on Christmas Eve (to Philly) for $99, which we didn't book until Dec., and started watching in late Oct./ early Nov. when we had to move from original Nov. dates, which had high airfares, and yet week before Christmas was surprisingly low. I also will keep an eye on rates in early June when SW usually has a big sale. If not, I am hoping to get lower ones as it gets closer, but may have to book something decent and hope it goes down to make sure we can get there if tour. is definite.
