Southwest customer service is the best. Corrected MY HUGE mistake!!!

My kids have been on an RV trip across the US for 6 weeks now with my mom and her BF.
I have not seen my kids for 6 weeks and DH and I are leaving tomorrow to meet up with them in CA.

I bought the tickets a few weeks ago. We travel often and I always book and manage the travel including the flights.
I go to check in today and somehow when I booked the flight I put both tickets in my name, instead of one in mine and one in DH's.

I was sick. I checked prices online and our flight was almost sold out, just the 2 higher categories left. OVER $500 one way.
I can't imagine what I did. I have a SWA credit card and when I make reservations , my name automatically pops up. From what I'm figuring, I didn't change it and did both in my name.

I called SWA. I explained and she began to tell me I had to rebook. I was literally shaking and I know started blubbering. Our trip was ruined if I would have had to spend almost three times as much on airline tickets not including the fact that DH would have killed me.

She paused and said let me check your flight. I gave her the confirmation numbers at least 4 times because my voice was cracking and again I was on the verge of tears. she must have seen the fares were 3 x higher than when I booked. She went on to say, we aren't supposed to do this but I will change the name for you just this once.

I could have reached through the phone and kissed her. Now I was crying, thanking her profusely. Needless to say,

I LOVE SWA!!!
