Southwest Credit

Hi, I went on a trip in May and my flight went down several times so I called Southwest to get a "credit" I cant find it on my account on Southwest and do they ever give you a refund if you cant use it?

When you go to use the credit, it gives you an option to use travel funds to pay for it. You enter your reservation code & it will apply the funds to your purchase.
They do not give refunds.
You must use the credit within a year of the original purchase.

Your credit amt will be on the confirmation number of the flight that the price went down on.

As PP said no they do not give a refund unless it was an Anytime fare with is fully refundable fare.

Well you can get a 6 month extension on your credits for a fee. It was $75 last time I did it but IIRC it's up to $100 now. Also you can't extend until your funds have actually expired.
