Southwest Check-in?

We always fly SW, the last time was July 2010. I just booked 4 seats for November flights with points and noticed that all 4 have a different confirmation numbers. I booked them all under one reservation. Does that mean I have to check in 4 different times? I've always had just one confirmation number. Going down won't be too bad, I'll have access to a computer and that check-in (for me anyway) is always easier/faster than the check in on the phone for the flight home.

We've had the same thing different confirmation numbers and yes you do have to check everyone in individually.....for our tripmhome we did pay for early bird check in

I was thinking about paying for early bird check in for the way home - Our flight returns at 9:30 in the morning and I don't want to take that park time to check in 4 seats.
