Hi everyone--
I keep reading about how, if you purchase tickets from Southwest, and then get a lower fare, they will give you a credit. Does this only work with the "refundable anytime" tickets, or does it even work with the "non-refundable" tickets (much more within my price range)??
Is the "credit" a credit towards a future ticket, or do you get cash back? Is there a "change fee" you have to pay to change to a lower fare? I guess I'm just confused because I'm used to "regular" airlines where you have to pay to do anything!!
Thanks for your help!!
