Southwest - Albany to MCO

Does anyone know if the flights from Albany to MCO are generally full, specifically the 1:25pm weekday flight to MCO and the 7:55pm weeknight flight back to ALB? Part of our group will be on those flights May 20 and May 25th and the fare recently went down to almost half of what they paid. When they called to get a credit the woman they spoke with told them to cancel the seat for their 6 month old (hers was the fully refundable child fare) and just put her in an available seat on the plane since they can preboard. They are skeptical of this because they are afraid there won't be a seat available. The woman seemed confidant that there would be at least one seat and that if they kept a middle seat open between them and people saw an infant they'd sit somewhere else. Has anyone flown this route to confirm that it won't be full?

Every flight I've been on to Orlando (non-stop or connecting) from ALB has been full. And we have flown there on SW in January, February, April, August & December. Only once on the return flight were there seats open(this past January)
