We are going to disney in a few months. We booked through southwest airlines for the first time, and we were wondering if anyone else has. We wanted to know if the park passes are the paper/cardboard ones or were they already placed on the KTTW. Also if they are the paper/cardboard ones can the conseirge at the front desk put them on the KTTW. We just think it would be 10 times easier if everything was on one card.

I booked a package through southwest and I was wondering the same thing. We leave for our trip tomorrow so I guess I will find out relatively soon. When we return I will be sure to come back and let you know!!!

If you bought it as a package, it should be put on your key when you check-in. Southwest is your travel agent in that situation.
