Had a Southwest flight re-accommodated with an EBCI. Southwest notified me on 2/26 that I had to repurchase the EBCI for the new flight (which I promptly did and paid for), my credit card would be credited. On 3/4 had a trip cancelled due to weather, airfare was credited within 3 days but not the EBCI. There still is not a credit for any of the flights. I called SW was on hold for 15 minutes, got a wonderful agent who put me on hold for 14 minutes while she took care of the credit....so I thought. The last thing she told me was that I will receive your credit in 2-3 WEEKS! I am a patient person but I think that waiting 2-3 weeks on top of the 11 days I have been waiting for the first reservation and 5 days for the second is excessive. The credit amounts to $125.00. I politely told Patrice that I thought that was excessive and would contact my Credit Card Company if I wasn't credited within 48 hours.
