Southwest Airlines (added) flights schedule?

Is anyone in the know in how SWA releases flights? I am looking for a flight out of Providence after 7PM for Sept. when I looked for a pattern of their flights it seems like they offer a flight (#169 @7:45pm) between now and 6/4/2014 but then it stops after that. I called SWA - the rep I spoke with seemed annoyed with my question and I felt like she was just giving me an answer to get rid of me. Her answer was that all flights for September are assigned and no others will be added.
I just feel like a was given a brush off and I'm hoping someone can either confirm or offer some info that might help.

She may not have done it in the most kind or professional way, but she gave you the answer. Once Southwest releases the schedule, that is it. It would be extremely rare for them to add flights after the schedule is released.

As you can see SWA only releases flight through a set calendar day. Right now they are accepting reservations through Oct 31. Those flights you see now may or may not be the same when they the flight for Nov 1 get released.

So the reason you are seeing a flight in June and not in Sept. is when SWA released their Sept schedule they changes the flights around.

Don't expect them to add flights. With SWA when they release their flights that is pretty much it they don't often make changes. And if they do they will change a flight time by a few minutes which is what happened to my up coming May trip. But they don't add flights.
