Just to let ya'll know that these folks are GOOD! We used them for our families Christmas - NYD trip. They picked us up at the MCO Hyatt 15 minutes early and at BWV again, 15 minutes early for going back to MCO. Victor was our driver and he was professional all the way. They are an excellent service and I will use them again for our June trip.

Why did Southern Elegance pick you up at the Hyatt? Did you stay at the Hyatt the night before they picked you up?

They are not listed on the airport Vehicle-for-Hire site as permitted to pick up in the airport. If they picked you up in the airport after you arrived on a flight they were acting illegally.
