Sheree--what are your thoughts on carrots? I know that they were originally on the list of foods to avoid for phase one, and then sparingly in 2 and 3...but then they changed their minds and put carrots as OK all the way through. I love baby carrots and could eat them all day long...if I wasn't terrified of them...LOL
I would recommend doing phase 1. It really does help get rid of the cravings and the wants for sweet foods. Read the book from cover to cover, and although everyone slams Atkins, he also has a book on good/bad carbs and how to eat for life. He doesn't promote eat nothing but meat and cheese for the rest of your life!



Happy to have you here! Read some of what the other's have done, and I've posted many threads with receipes to be found to help with the weight loss. I think you'll do well on the Beach 
I was able to complete the half marathon this past Jan. and had a ball. Anyone else planning to participate at WDW?

I stay far, far away from those except for the bars. The cinnamon vanilla I think it is, is my fav., but with all the sugar alcholos upsets my stomach so I can't eat every much of it.!
