About four years ago, I went on the South Beach Diet (SBD) and lost over 30 pounds. I have since found 20 of them. 
The plan worked while I was on it, but of course I went back to my old eating habits and the pounds climbed back on. It is the same with any food plan, if you stick to it you will lose and maintain, if not than you will fail.
I remember there was a website for SBD, but for some reason I cannot find it. It had message boards, etc. and was encouraging to me when I was on the plan.
Does anyone who is on the plan know the website address? How are you doing on the SBD - any success?
My best friend is on WW at work. She lost 36 pounds and is still losing. I do not work with other people, so I'd have to go to WW meetings and that is just not my cup of tea. I do kind of like the point system they have now, but not sure if I can get the plan without joining WW.
